Right to Amend Orders

The Hilton Brighton Metropole will make every effort to supply you with the items that you have ordered on this site. However, in certain circumstances it may not be possible to provide the exact product you ordered. Hilton reserved the right to amend the items offered at any time but commits to providing the closest possible equivalent.

Cancellation

Standard

In the event that you wish to cancel your order, please email enquiries.brightonmet@hilton.com with your order number, cancellation code and contact telephone number no later than 2pm on the working day (Monday to Friday) before the day of your event. For example, for a Saturday / Sunday event, you must contact us before 2pm on the Friday, and for a Friday event you must contact us before 2pm on the Thursday. For food items, cancellations may be made no later than 3 days prior to the event. A representative from our Group, Conference and Events team will then contact you directly to confirm and arrange the refund. The working hours of the Group, Conference and Events team are office hours : Monday to Friday between 8.30am and 5.30pm.

Please note that we do not accept cancellations by telephone.

We are unable to accept partial cancellations of an order. If you wish to cancel only certain items on your order, please cancel your whole order and place a new order via the online site.

Should your event be cancelled in total for any reason, a refund of the items ordered by you on the online site will be offered. In this instance, a member of our team will contact you on the number you have provided. Please note that this does not apply if you decide not to attend and event; in this situation, the normal cancellation terms apply.

Refunds can only be processed to the same card from which the order was made.

Christmas

All deposits are non refundable and non transferable.

You are required to submit meal pre-ordered 2 weeks prior to the event that you are attending. Please note that orders received after this point may not be honoured. Please email the Group, Conference and Events team with any queries on this matter on enquiries.brightonmet@hilton.com. The working hours of the Group, Conference and Events team are office hours: Monday to Friday between 8.30am and 5.30pm.

Once full prepayment has been received for any food and drink pre-orders, no refunds, exchanges or transfers can be made.
